Could we remind riders of our safety standards when riding the Seamons Time Trials. The following must be observed at all time:

1. You must observe the highway code.
2. Do not overtake on the inside.
3. Do not cut in front of others immediately after overtaking.
4. Your life is worth more than a 5 second time advantage.
